First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests if a small device that sends a mild electrical current through the earlobes (called CES) combined with life coaching can reduce burnout and moral distress in healthcare workers who treat cancer. About 40 workers will use the device and get coaching over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach helps them feel less exhausted and more resilient at work.
