This study tests whether a set of simple decision rules, adapted from the Canadian C-Spine Rule, can help emergency responders decide when a neck collar and hospital imaging are truly needed. Researchers will enroll 840 stable, conscious adults with recent neck trauma treated by ambulance or fire services in France.
