Summary

This study tests whether adding neck therapy (manual therapy and exercises) to standard concussion care can help people with ongoing symptoms and neck pain. Researchers want to see if it's possible to start this therapy earlier than usual. About 40 adults with a concussion within the last 8 to 90 days and moderate to severe neck pain will take part.
