NCT ID NCT07407127

First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at 60 university students to see if those with temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) have weaker neck muscles and more pain sensitivity than healthy students. Researchers measured how long students could hold neck positions and how much pressure caused pain in jaw and neck muscles. The goal was to better understand the connection between jaw problems and neck function.
