First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026
Summary
This study aims to prevent unnecessary deaths from cervical cancer in Senegal by helping more women get screened and treated early. Researchers will adapt a patient navigation program—where guides assist women through the screening process—for both city and rural areas. About 900 women and health workers will take part to see if the program increases screening rates and reduces delays in treatment.
