New study aims to improve cervical cancer detection in women with HIV

Summary

This study looks for the best way to screen for cervical cancer in women living with HIV. About 1,000 women from Latin American countries will provide samples and have a detailed exam. The goal is to find which test most accurately identifies precancerous changes that need treatment.
