Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) applied to the cerebellum can improve cognitive deficits and mood in people with schizophrenia, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, or Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare real stimulation to sham (fake) stimulation in 200 participants. The goal is to see if this approach can help with thinking skills and emotional symptoms.
