NCT ID NCT06000449
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This completed pilot study tested a digital mental health platform called Center M for pregnant women with or at risk for perinatal depression. 116 participants were randomly assigned to either use the Center M app with telehealth mindfulness sessions and digital home practice, or to receive standard care (paper screening and a handout). The study measured screening rates, depression symptoms, and participant satisfaction to see if the digital approach could improve care.
