Virtual forest therapy could soothe pregnancy anxiety

Summary
This study tests whether combining a virtual reality forest experience with mindfulness practice can help reduce anxiety and depression in pregnant women. One hundred women between 20 and 24 weeks of pregnancy will either use VR forest sessions plus mindfulness or standard mindfulness alone for 9 weeks. Researchers will track mood, mindfulness skills, and how acceptable the program is.
