Summary
This study tested a combination of an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab) and a vaccine (ISA101b) in 113 adults with advanced HPV16-positive cervical cancer that had worsened after standard chemotherapy. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors or slow the disease. While the treatment aims to control the cancer, it is not a cure, and patients may need ongoing care.
