Summary
This pilot study is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs, cemiplimab and fianlimab, before kidney cancer surgery is safe and practical. Ten people with locally advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma will receive the drugs before their planned nephrectomy. The main goals are to see if the treatment delays surgery and whether it shrinks the tumor.
