Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell therapy called CNK-UT009 in patients with severe inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or colitis) who haven't responded to multiple other treatments. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe and determine the right dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that it might help control the disease in these difficult cases.
