Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether adding celecoxib (a painkiller) to two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) can help control advanced or metastatic liver cancer. About 39 adults with liver cancer that has spread will receive the combination. The goal is to see if it slows cancer growth better than immunotherapy alone.
