This trial tests whether using a detailed CT scan of the heart's arteries before a procedure to open blockages (PCI) can make the procedure more efficient. About 200 adults with coronary artery disease will be randomly assigned to either have their procedure guided by a pre-planned CT analysis or to receive the standard procedure without CT guidance. The main goal is to see if CT-guided planning reduces the time of the procedure, with additional measures including contrast dye use, radiation exposure, and heart muscle injury.
