Summary

This study is testing whether a specific talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can help Veterans who have both psychosis and trouble sleeping. The goal is to see if improving their sleep also helps their overall mental and physical health and daily functioning. Researchers are comparing the therapy to another active program and following participants for six months.
