Can sleep therapy ease the lingering effects of a concussion?
NCT ID NCT07385105
Summary
This study is testing a type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) in people who have had a mild traumatic brain injury (like a concussion) and now have trouble sleeping. Researchers want to see if improving sleep with this therapy can also help reduce other brain injury symptoms and help people get back to their normal daily activities. The study will enroll 15 participants who have had a documented brain injury and report significant insomnia.
