Summary

This study looked at whether adding cognitive behavior therapy (a type of talk therapy) to supervised Pilates exercises could improve balance, walking, and fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. 90 adults with mild to moderate MS took part. The goal was to see if combining mental and physical training helps more than exercise alone.
