Summary
This early-phase study tests a probiotic called CBM588 in 36 people who have had a donor stem cell transplant for blood cancers. The goal is to see if it is safe and can improve gut bacteria diversity, which may help prevent severe diarrhea and other gut problems. Participants take the probiotic by mouth, and researchers monitor side effects and overall health for up to 2 years.
