Can CBD calm Trauma's storm? new study investigates

Summary
This study is testing whether daily cannabidiol (CBD) pills can help reduce symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It will involve 120 adults with PTSD, half of whom also have a mild traumatic brain injury (TBI). Participants will take either a 400mg CBD dose, an 800mg CBD dose, or a placebo pill daily for 8 weeks to see which is most effective.
