Summary
This study is testing whether cannabidiol (CBD), a compound from the cannabis plant, can help reduce symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It will involve 120 adults with PTSD, half of whom also have a mild traumatic brain injury. Participants will take either a placebo or one of two different daily doses of CBD pills for 8 weeks to see which group shows the greatest improvement in their PTSD symptoms.
