Summary
This study tests whether cannabidiol (CBD), a compound from cannabis, can reduce PTSD symptoms and improve thinking problems in people with PTSD, including those who also have a mild traumatic brain injury. 120 participants will receive either a low or high dose of CBD or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if CBD lowers PTSD severity scores.

- What this could lead to
- If it works, this could point toward a new treatment option for PTSD symptoms, especially for those who also have a mild traumatic brain injury.
