Can exercise reveal hidden heart problems in congenital disease?

NCT ID NCT06566196

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how well the heart works during exercise compared to at rest in people with congenital heart disease. Researchers will use a special test during a routine heart catheterization to measure blood flow and pressures. The goal is to find out if exercise can uncover problems that rest measurements miss. About 200 adults with congenital heart disease who are already scheduled for a heart catheterization will take part.
