Eye pressure tweak may ease cataract surgery pain

Summary
This study looks at whether keeping eye pressure closer to normal levels during cataract surgery reduces pain and the need for extra pain medicine. About 85 people having cataract surgery in both eyes will take part. Researchers will compare a standard pressure setting to a more natural one to see which leads to a better experience.
