Summary
This study follows children with cashew allergy who completed a previous immunotherapy trial. Some will continue taking daily cashew protein powder, while others start it for the first time. After 8 months, all will stop treatment for 4 weeks, then eat cashew powder to see if they can tolerate it without reacting. The goal is to find out if this therapy can lead to lasting tolerance.
