Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called CARv3-TEAM-E T cells for people with glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better recognize and attack the tumor. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects in up to 21 participants whose cancer has returned.
