Summary

This study tests whether nerve gliding exercises, tendon gliding exercises, or a combination of both can reduce pain and improve hand function in people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups and followed for changes in pain and symptoms. The goal is to find a non-surgical, low-cost approach to managing this common condition.
