Summary

This study tests a long-acting injection of cariprazine given once a month under the skin. It is for people with schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder, or major depressive disorder who are stable on other medications. The goal is to check safety, how the drug moves in the body, and if it helps control symptoms. About 24 participants will receive escalating doses.
