Summary
This study looked at three types of tooth sealants made from glass ionomer to prevent cavities in children's back teeth. Two hundred healthy kids aged 6 to 12 got sealants on their lower first molars and were checked over 24 months. The goal was to see which sealant stayed on best and prevented decay.
