Summary

This trial tests whether a liquid called silver diamine fluoride (SDF) can stop early cavities in molars as effectively as the standard treatment, a plastic coating called fissure sealant. Adults aged 20 to 45 with early, non-cavitated cavities will be randomly assigned to receive either SDF or sealant.
