This early-phase study tests a combination of drugs (carfilzomib, cyclophosphamide, dexamethasone, and G-CSF) to see if it can safely and effectively collect stem cells for transplant in people with multiple myeloma. The goal is to find the best dose of carfilzomib that causes the fewest side effects while still working well. About 18 participants will be enrolled to help determine safety and the maximum tolerated dose.
