Summary
This study tested a combination of four drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, vorinostat, and dexamethasone) in 17 people with multiple myeloma that had come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination helps control the cancer. Participants had already tried at least one other treatment. The study is active but no longer recruiting new participants.
