New training aims to ease burden on brain tumor caregivers

Summary

This study tests a training program for family members caring for someone with a high-grade glioma (a serious brain tumor). The training teaches practical caregiving skills to reduce stress and improve the caregiver's and patient's well-being. About 124 caregivers and patients are taking part at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
