NCT ID NCT05846984
Summary
This study is testing a 6-week online skills training program for family members caring for someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia. The program, called Learning Skills Together, teaches practical care tasks and coping strategies. Researchers want to see if it helps caregivers feel more confident, less depressed, and less bothered by challenging behaviors. They will compare the program to a general healthy living course for caregivers.
