This study tested a program called Care Ecosystem, which provides dementia care support over the phone and internet. Over 1,200 people with dementia and their caregivers took part across six health systems. The program aimed to improve quality of life, reduce emergency room visits, and lower caregiver depression by using trained navigators supervised by dementia specialists.
