Summary
This study tested a dementia care program delivered by phone and web, where trained navigators (supervised by experts) helped patients and their caregivers. Over 1,200 people with dementia and their caregivers took part across six health systems. The goal was to see if this approach improves quality of life, reduces emergency room visits, and eases caregiver depression in everyday clinical practice.
