Summary

This study tests whether a care coach-led program that combines palliative care and rehabilitation can improve quality of life for 770 adults with advanced cancer who are undergoing major surgery. Participants will receive extra support from trained coaches, surgical teams, and rehab specialists to address physical, emotional, and practical needs. The goal is to see if this integrated approach helps patients feel better and function better after surgery.
