Summary

This study tested a special coaching program to help older adults (70+) with heart disease complete cardiac rehabilitation. The program focused on age-related challenges to improve mobility and daily function. 416 participants were randomly assigned to either the coaching program or usual care. The goal was to see if the coaching helped them recover better after a heart event.
