Summary
This study tests a single low-dose radiation treatment to the whole heart in 40 adults with advanced heart failure who have not responded to standard therapies. The goal is to see if it can improve the heart's pumping ability by at least 5% over six months. Researchers will also monitor safety, quality of life, and other heart function measures.
