Summary
This is an early-stage safety study testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called AZD0120. It aims to see if this treatment is safe and tolerable for adults with severe autoimmune diseases like systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myopathies, or difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, modifying them in a lab to target specific proteins linked to these diseases, and then infusing them back into the patient.
