Summary
This trial tests a new treatment called SHB-02-CD19, which uses a patient's own immune cells engineered to attack cancer cells that have a protein called CD19. It is for children and adults with B-cell cancers (like leukemia or lymphoma) that have come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The study will first find the safest dose, then test how well it works in 50 participants.
