NCT ID NCT07480941

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for adults with glioblastoma or high-grade glioma that has come back after standard therapy. The treatment uses specially engineered natural killer (NK) cells designed to target two different markers on tumor cells at once, which may help prevent the cancer from escaping. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
