Summary

This study tests a 5-week mobile health program for young adults ages 18-29 who use cannabis frequently or use high-THC products. Participants get personalized feedback and weekly text messages to reflect on their cannabis use and personal goals. The program aims to reduce the number of hours spent high and lessen negative consequences from cannabis use.
