Summary
This study is looking at whether cannabis oil can help people with fibromyalgia manage their chronic pain and sleep problems. It will involve 65 adults whose previous treatments haven't worked. Researchers will track changes in pain levels, sleep quality, and any side effects to see if the oil is a safe and helpful option.
