Summary
This study looks at how cannabis use changes the levels of HIV medications in the blood and brain, and whether it affects mood and thinking. It involves 120 people in an observation phase and 40 people in a phase where they receive cannabis or a placebo. The goal is to understand if cannabis is safe and how it interacts with HIV treatment.
