Summary
This study looks at whether using cannabis changes the amount of HIV medication in the blood and brain, and how it affects mood and thinking. Researchers will first observe 120 people who use cannabis regularly, then give cannabis or a placebo to 40 people to measure immediate effects. The goal is to understand how cannabis interacts with HIV treatments.
