Summary

This study looks at whether adding cannabis to standard talk therapy can help veterans with PTSD feel less anxious, depressed, or suicidal. About 280 veterans who have used cannabis before but not recently will take part. Researchers will track changes in PTSD symptoms, brain activity, and heart rate to see if cannabis makes therapy work better.
