Summary
This study looks at whether adding medical cannabis to standard talk therapy can help veterans with PTSD manage symptoms like anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. About 280 veterans who have used cannabis before but not recently will take part. Researchers will measure changes in PTSD severity, brain activity, and heart rate to see if cannabis makes therapy more effective.
