Summary

This study looked at whether medical cannabis could help reduce nerve pain and inflammation in people living with HIV. Researchers followed 35 adults with HIV and nerve pain who were already certified for medical cannabis use. Over 14 weeks, they compared how different ratios of THC and CBD in cannabis capsules affected participants' self-reported pain levels, inflammation markers, and other health measures.
