Experimental cancer vaccine targets specific tumor mutations in advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT06411691
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether a personalized cancer vaccine that targets specific mutations in tumors, combined with two immunotherapy drugs, can help control advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer. The study is for patients whose cancer has spread and who have already received standard chemotherapy. Researchers will measure whether the treatment slows cancer growth, shrinks tumors, and is safe for participants.
