New program aims to get more cancer patients into clinical trials

Summary
This study tests a Clinical Trials Navigator (CTN) program that helps cancer patients, families, and doctors find and enroll in clinical trials outside their local cancer centre. The program will be rolled out to 20 centres across Canada over 12 months. Researchers will measure if it increases referrals and enrollment by at least 5-10% in Thunder Bay and Winnipeg.
