Dual attack: fighting cancer while protecting a transplanted kidney

Summary
This study is testing a new treatment approach for people who have had a kidney transplant and now have advanced skin cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The goal is to see if a combination of cancer immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) can be given safely alongside standard anti-rejection medications (sirolimus and prednisone) to attack the cancer while protecting the transplanted kidney from being rejected by the body's immune system.
